By: Casey Gerber

Bar carts are an entertaining essential. Whether you are hosting guests in your living room, dining room, or patio, a bar cart will travel with you to complement the scene. It’s a great decorative piece for any room that will always impress guests.

BEFORE

We started with a contemporary chrome bar cart with mirrored trays that we bought at Z Gallerie. We thought it would be a fun challenge to turn it from glam to gallant!

AFTER

With a chalkboard sign, decorative accessories, and all of the alcohol essentials, this masculine bar cart is ready to serve!

Solid soapstone whiskey stones are a necessity. They keep bourbon chilled without watering down the drink or affecting taste. When hosting guests, place them in a nice decorative dish.

These metallic glasses are from West Elm. We absolutely love the patterns. They’re so festive yet sophisticated & sleek.

Other bar cart must-haves: bar tools, bitters, wine, & whiskey.

A true gentleman is well traveled and always uses a coaster. Decorative accessories like this globe and the marble apple upgrade the cart from functional to fancy!

Hypericum berries are perfect for a bar cart. They liven it up with a pop of green and yellow, and are unobtrusive unlike larger flowers might be.

Downstairs is a cocktail shaker, more glassware, ice bucket, wooden storage box, and more liquor of course.
