After the l o n g e s t winter, (sorry, Midwesterners, we know you’re still experiencing the flurries) spring is finally upon us! Want to take advantage of the beautiful sunny weather for your Easter and Passover celebrations? Us too!
We’ve created 2 super easy (and surprisingly inexpensive!) tablescapes that you can recreate in your home. Either are perfect for a spring garden party, a wedding shower, or your Easter brunch!
TABLE 1: THE DARLING ROSE
Inspired by The Bouqs adorable rose bouquet, ‘The Darling’, we created this sweet rose-toned tablescape!
Start by setting your table with a simple burlap runner to ground the design. Bring some color to the table by layering different hued plates on top of a patterned charger. Wrap napkins in raffia and stick a flower in the middle for a cute surprise!
Add sweet water goblets in rose colored glass and fluteless champagne glasses to bring delicacy to your table. Rose blooms cut and arranged into tiny vases add color to the entire table and make the setting feel more full.
TABLE 2: GILDED LUXE
So you’re looking for something a little more luxury? Upgrade your tablescape without breaking the bank by adding simple gold accents: spray paint plastic eggs and add a gold charger to your place setting! Add a little fun by adding chocolate eggs for a little pastel color.
Use bright white linens to evoke an even more luxurious feel, and show your guests some love by adding placards to each place setting. We used sticky name tags here, just in case it was windy outside!
Nothing adds luxe more than a glass of champagne! Keep cutlery and dishes clean and classy using whites and blues as your accents. Yellow tulips add brightness and are seasonal, so buy a huge bunch at your local farmer’s market and make them your centerpiece!
