Today, we’re introducing a new series, called Meet our Client. This is the spot where you’ll hear the real stories behind some of our favorite home redesigns!

First up, meet Alex Levine, a Kansas City native who has redesigned her entire home using Laurel & Wolf. Take a look at the renovation of her master bedroom!

What brought you to Laurel & Wolf?

“Google–and trial and error. I tried a couple of competitive sites, but they didn’t deliver what I needed or get my style like L&W designers. I am a very detail-oriented person and know the need for good communication, so I was happy to see L&W’s thorough but not daunting brief template. Fast forward to when I received my first concept board and I felt elated.” Take a look at the transformation of her guest bedroom.

Did your designer bring your vision to life?

“I have worked with several designers that meet my style. Christina di Vito is now my all-time favorite designer and I’m bummed she’s out of my price range, but she made the most incredible designs and I get loads of compliments. Her ability to choose the perfect artwork was incredible; I always got lost in the sea of options for art and got frustrated going it alone, but she always had superb pics on the first time and within my budget!” Here’s Alex’s big living room makeover!

Why do you keep coming back to Laurel & Wolf?

“Now that I know L&W can take the inspirations and ideas I love and turn them into reality, I don’t even consider designing a room without L&W. I’ve designed rooms for friends and family, and have it in my back pocket as a great gift for newlyweds and family graduating college or moving into a new chapter of life. I am a firm believer that your surroundings affect who you are and how you take on life. L&W has made my surroundings all I’ve wanted it to be, which has allowed me to grow into new phases of my own life and take on new work challenges knowing I have the sanctuary that is my home.”
