Our friends at What’s Up Moms, (the number one parenting network on YouTube), called us recently with an urgent request. They had an empty new space in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles that required design help, but they needed it done in six days, in time for their upcoming shoot. We love a challenge, so our team quickly got to work, taking their color palette and inspiration in mind.
We decided not to reveal the completed space to co-founders Meg Resnikoff and Elle Walker until a few hours before the shoot, to make sure everything was in place. “We were honestly a little nervous when we walked in because the timeline had been so condensed and we weren’t sure what L&W would be able to find in our window,” said Resnikoff. “But we were completely blown away. The space is perfection. They created not only the perfect set, but also a beautiful living area for our office.”

Our CEO Leura Fine (who is also an interior designer!) filled this built-in bookcase with beloved children’s books, patterned vases and small sculptural pieces.
When we were considering art for the living room, we looked no further than Gray Malin, who has an office in West Hollywood! His iconic photographs are bright, ebullient and added a bit of escapist fun to the set. His bathing beauties piece, set above the fireplace, instantly tied together the pinks and greens in the room.
