Laurel & Wolf connects clients across the country to a community of talented, professional interior designers for online design projects. Clients pay a flat fee per room, and designers earn a flat fee on projects they complete. Designers and clients can be automatically matched based on style or clients can choose their designer based on submitted concept boards. Alternatively, clients can request to work directly with a specific designer.
Laurel & Wolf connects its network of interior designers to clients and design projects nationwide with our easy-to-use online platform. We’ll bring the clients to you, so you can spend more time doing what you love--designing.
But wait! There’s more. Other exclusive benefits include:
If you are interested in joining us, click here. You will need to provide a background summary, a professional resume, your interior design credentials (i.e., degree, certification and licenses) and portfolio and/or sample style boards (image formats only please).
We’ll review your credentials, work experience, portfolio and/or samples and overall voice and design style. If we like what we see, we’ll be in touch!
There are! All new Laurel & Wolf designers start out in our Classic tier. Designers who show continued success on the platform and high client ratings can be hand-selected for our Premium tier. Premium and Signature Plus projects have higher payouts and are reserved for Premium designers.
For all packages, we match a client to their designer from the start based on package type and style preferences.
The client and designer will collaborate for 5 days for Holiday and Light packages and 10 days for Classic, Premium, Signature, Signature Plus, and commercial projects, for a single room project, in Design Time. Once the design is approved, the designer will submit a Final Design Package including a style board, a shopping list and a digital floor plan (where applicable).
A concept board is the initial style board submitted to the client, which introduces your concept for their space. Feel free to include color palette ideas, inspiration images and furniture/art ideas, but don’t worry about sourcing specific items or space planning until your next board.
We do! All designers receive a handbook, updated regularly, with all the information you’ll need to set yourself up for success on the platform.
